Cancellation Policy

Retreats are an exciting experience, and once a guest has spent so much time planning, it is ideal that they are able to attend. But sometimes, life happens and despite everyone’s best efforts, a cancellation is necessary. While we are very understanding to the unexpected and unavoidable, our business requires a lot of coordination including scheduling and deposits. This makes it extremely hard to issue refunds. Therefore, so that guests do not lose out on their payments, we have implemented a credit policy. This means that if a cancellation happens after booking, guest will receive their payment minus their nonrefundable deposit as a credit that can be used towards a future retreat.

Due to the nature of our business, retreats are non-refundable.
